In the last couple of years we've experienced a lot of shortages and inconsistency in the manufacturing of t-shirts and supply chain in the USA. We've also experienced production houses have had longer lead times and not having enough manpower and the quality control to ensure quality of goods made.
We found that the blanks and the printing methods being used were not to our direction and our standards. We changed our process and built out our own S/S (Short Sleeve) and L/S (Long Sleeve) t-shirts to ensure the quality of our t-shirt always remains the same with the construction, fit, feel and proper printing techniques.
Our new Cut & Sewn t-shirts are built and printed in house in the same facility allowing us to improve our ability to better handle each piece throughout our production line. From building each piece, to silk screen printing, all the way to our finishing details and packaging.
