Black Scale will not accept returns on regular priced items and sale items.
If we shipped out the wrong item, the wrong size or a defected item we will exchange the product for the correct item or the correct size. If the item is defected we will exchange for the same item purchased.
There are no exchanges. There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fee is the customers responsibility if they get an approved exchange from our team via email.
Note: Processing orders may take longer during sales and promotional releases and we are not open on Saturday, Sunday and select holidays.
